In the unfortunate event of receiving damaged artwork, customers should promptly photograph both the damaged artwork and packaging, and email them to Diana. Upon receipt of the photos, Diana will provide a pre-printed Return Label. Once the damaged product is returned, Diana will promptly ship an identical replacement to the customer.
