Yes, each print includes a white border around the image. Are the prints framed?
Framing is not included with every print. Only certain prints are available in professionally framed and matted versions, and these are offered in limited quantities. Each framed print arrives ready to hang, adding an immediate touch of elegance to your space.
Can I purchase a signed print only?
Yes, we also offer signed prints without framing. As with our framed prints, there is a limited quantity available.

How long will it take for framed pieces to ship?
Limited edition framed prints will be shipped within 1-2 business days, plus standard shipping time. This ensures that your framed artwork is dispatched promptly and arrives in excellent condition.
What is the delivery schedule for my print?
Fine art prints are typically prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days. Each piece is meticulously crafted in my private studio to ensure the highest quality. Once your print is dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information to monitor its journey.
What is the production process for your prints?
I’m excited to offer archival prints created directly from my home studio in Edmonton, Alberta. Please anticipate a production timeframe of approximately two or three days for the printing process. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on the current workload of my studio.
Following the printing process, please allow an additional week for shipping. To ensure a balance between production and my creative pursuits, I aim to send prints twice weekly. This schedule allows me to dedicate time to both crafting high-quality prints and capturing new photographic works.
What is your Refunds & Exchange Policy?
I am committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. That's why I offer a 14-day return or exchange policy.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:
Please contact me at info@artandphotographybydiana.com within 14 days of receiving your print to initiate the return or exchange process. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. Once your return or exchange request is approved, I will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on my part.
Refunds:
Upon receiving the returned item, I will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your print for a different size or design, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. I will process the exchange upon receiving the returned item and ship out the replacement as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately. I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
