Delivery Schedule: Normally, my fine art prints are prepared for shipment within 10 business days, meticulously crafted in my private studio. Once dispatched, you'll receive a notification containing the tracking information!

ART PRINT PRODUCTION
I'm excited to introduce archival prints directly from my home studio in Edmonton, Alberta. Please anticipate a one-week timeframe for the printing process (subject to my studio's workload), followed by an additional week for shipping. To balance production with my creative pursuits, I aim to send prints twice weekly, allowing time for both printing and capturing new photographic works.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Art and Photography by Diana, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. That's why we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:
Please contact us at info@artandphotographybydiana.com within 14 days of receiving your print to initiate the return or exchange process.
Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your print for a different size or design, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. We will process the exchange upon receiving the returned item and ship out the replacement as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Exclusions:
Our 14-Day money-back guarantee applies only to products returned in their original condition and packaging, and is not applicable to Final-Sale, Oversized Prints, and Custom Size Prints.
